Paula coordinates communication tasks, monitors the recommendations made to the General Government (GG), prepares, and coordinates the Annual Report and Action Plans, and supports the AIReF Presidency and the divisions in their activities.
Paula holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law from CUNEF (University School of Financial Studies) and an Executive Master’s Degree in Management of Financial Institutions from the Institute of Stock Market Studies (IEB). She joined the High Service of Economists and Trade Experts in 2014. Prior to joining AIReF, she was the Assistant Subdirector-General for Coordination of Public Issuers at the General Secretariat of the Treasury, in charger, among other issues, of monitoring the mechanisms of State and regulatory support for financial prudence at the Autonomous Regions and Local Governments, management recommendations for the Social Security Reserve Fund, issues of the Amortisation Fund for the Electricity Deficit (FADE) and national coordination of the financial education network before the OECD.
