Guillermo models and monitors the implementation of the Transformation, Recovery and Resilience Plan, coordinates the documents and the monitoring of the current fiscal framework, and supports the AIReF Presidency and the divisions in their activities.
Guillermo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law from the University of Navarre. He joined the High Service of Economists and Trade Experts in 2017. Prior to joining AIReF, he was a Technical Advisor at the Sub-Directorate of Financial Relations with the Autonomous Regions, under the General Secretariat of Regional and Local Financing, managing, inter alia, the management of the Financing Fund for Autonomous Regions and the monitoring of indebtedness, ratings, and issues of the Autonomous Regions.
