According to the provisions of Organic Law 6/2013 on the creation of AIReF, the macroeconomic forecasts that are incorporated into the draft budgets of the Public Administrations must have an AIReF report indicating whether they have been endorsed or not.
This report assesses the macroeconomic forecasts that will accompany the 2021 draft budget of the Comunidad Foral de Navarra. In particular, this Community presents estimates of GDP growth at constant prices and employment for the period 2020-2023, as well as GDP deflators and private consumption.
In addition to evaluating the degree of realism of these forecasts, it is also assessed whether the scenarios satisfy the requirements established by European regulations for the EU Member States, as specified in article 4 of Directive 2011/85/EU, of 8 of November 2011.
