This report assesses the macroeconomic forecasts that accompany the 2019 draft budget for Andalusia, as they are differentiated forecasts from those of the Spanish economy as a whole.
The GDP and Employment forecasts are evaluated, analyzing the presence of biases. As a result of its analysis, AIReF endorses the macroeconomic forecasts for 2019 for Andalusia as prudent, as there are no upward biases.
