Celia Muñoz Fernández
Health Policy Evaluation Analyst
Celia is a health policy and administrative mutualism evaluation analyst.
Celia holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Carlos III University of Madrid, a master’s degree in Healthcare and Market Access Evaluation from the Carlos III University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Socio-Healthcare Research from the University of Castile-La Mancha. She has developed her professional career in the field of health economics and the economic evaluation of clinical practice, technologies, and health policies. Between 2013 and 2016, she was a research associate at the Centre de Recerca en Economia i Salut of Pompeu Fabra University (CRES-UPF) and collaborated with various research groups at the Carlos III University of Madrid and the University of Zaragoza. Since 2016, she has worked as a health economist at the Evidence-Based Decisions Unit of the Health Science Institute of Aragon (IACS), an agency that forms part of the Spanish Network of Evaluation of Health Technologies and Services of the National Health System.
