Health and Education Policy Evaluation Analyst
Miguel performs the analysis of the evaluation of social policies and university and non-university education.
Miguel holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Carlos III University and a Master’s Degree in Economic Theory and International Economics from the Menéndez Pelayo International University. He joined the High Service of Economists and trade experts in 2016. He has been Deputy Assistant Director in the Sub-Directorates of Industry and Energy and of Economic Analysis of the National Markets and Competition Commission. Between 2019 and 2021, he was the Chief Economic and Commercial Adviser at the Spanish Embassy in Accra.
