Raquel analyses and monitors economic-financial information of the Autonomous Regions from the perspective of its adaptation to fiscal rules.
Raquel holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic and Business Science from the Complutense University of Madrid. She belongs to the High Service of State Comptrollers and Auditors. From 2006 to 2014, she held various positions at the General Secretariat of Regional and Local Coordination at the Ministry of Finance, ultimately as the Advisory Member of the Sub-Directorate-General of Budget Analysis and Institutional Organisation of the Regional Public Sector, responsible for the coordination, preparation and monitoring of the budgetary execution statistics of the Autonomous Regions and the analysis of other regional economic-financial information, particularly with regard to spending.
