Head of Service
Sergio is responsible for human resources, performing support functions for Management in managing and developing human resources.
Sergio holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the Complutense University of Madrid. He is a civil servant of the Service of State Management of Civil Administration. He has performed human resources management functions at the Government Delegation in Madrid for integrated and non-integrated services for career and employment contract civil servants and has participated in staff selection processes and in monitoring the working day since 2018. Previously, he worked from 2007 at the Government Delegation in Madrid, handling immigration matters. As of 2014, his work involved the authorisation and management of the payroll. He coordinated the logistics of electoral material in the province of Madrid at the 2019 General Elections.
