Financial Instrument Evaluation Analyst
Alberto evaluates public policies, specifically the analysis of financial instruments of the Central Government and Autonomous Regions.
Alberto holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (BA & MBA) from ESADE and a CEMS Master’s Degree in International Management. He joined the High Service of Economists and trade experts in 2010. Before joining AIReF in 2022, he was Chief Advisor at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Sweden (2018-2022), Assistant Subdirector-General of the Sub-Directorate-General of Financial Promotion of Internationalisation at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism (2015-2018) and an adviser at the Sub-Directorate-General of Economics and International Financing of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (2012-2015).
