Employment Policy Evaluation Analyst
Pilar is an evaluation analyst of employment policies and active employment policies in several Autonomous Regions.
Pilar holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Valladolid and in Economics from UNED, along with a master’s degree in Applied Statistics and Public Sector Statistics from the University of Alcalá de Henares. From 2015 to 2022, she was the Assistant Subdirector at the Economics Intelligence Unit and at the Sub-Directorate of Economic Analysis of the Spanish Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC). Previously, she had worked as a Technical Adviser at the Sub-Directorate of Evaluation of Commercial Policy Instruments of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and as Programme Director of the Living Conditions Survey at the National Statistics Institute. She is experienced in data analysis, in the preparation of statistics- and econometrics-based reports and in evaluating the impact of public policies.
