Juan Francisco performs programming work of applications in the integration of budgetary data for the analysis of Autonomous Regions, and updates specific models for the projections of their main expenditure. He also collaborates in the analysis of regional indebtedness.
Juan Francisco holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Science, in the branch of Market Research and Techniques, from the University of Valladolid and holds a Diploma in Statistics from the University of Salamanca. In 2008, he joined the High Service of Qualified Statisticians and then joined the High Service of State Statisticians in 2016. He has held different positions at the National Statistics Institute and, from 2014 to 2021, at the Directorate-General of Economic Policy and the Directorate-General of Macroeconomic Analysis of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, carrying out analyses of the foreign sector and preparing the change of the legal basis of Unit Value Indices (UVI).
