This report assesses the macroeconomic forecasts that accompany the 2019 draft budget of the Region of Murcia, as they are forecasts that differ from those of the Spanish economy as a whole.
GDP and Employment forecasts are evaluated, analyzing the presence of biases. As a result of its analysis, AIReF endorses the macroeconomic forecasts for 2019 for the Region of Murcia as prudent, as they are located in the middle zone of AIReF’s confidence interval.
