AIReF publishes the study ‘The institutionalization of public policy evaluation in Castile and Leon: current situation and proposals’, which analyzes the current situation of public policy evaluation in the autonomous community of Castilla y León and makes proposals to continue advancing towards a more complete framework that will allow this practice to be institutionalized in this Administration, giving it a permanent nature.
This study on the institutionalization of public policy evaluation in Castile and Leon is structured around four axes considered fundamental for advancing in the institutionalization of evaluation: the regulatory framework, the organizational structure, the evaluation capacity and culture, and the planning and monitoring of evaluations. Around these four axes and based on the findings identified in the analysis, AIReF has built specific proposals, feasible and adjusted to the reality of the autonomous community.
