The Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility (AIReF) published the results of the fourth Study of the Spending Review: University Education Scholarships. The aim of this Study is to guarantee equal opportunities, so that students who want to study and lack the necessary financial means can afford to do so.
The Spending Review has been carried out for the first time in Spain by an independent institution based on data, the empirical evidence and the most successful experiences nationally and internationally.
